Kathleen Gleason has a wealth of experience spanning diverse fields in counseling, social work, health-care, education, legislation, as well as business, management, marketing and community service. Further, she has created and led as a presenter in numerous state and local workshops and conferences which offered continuing education units.

Ms. Gleason received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education, with a minor in Sociology, from Southern Methodist University. East Texas State University at Commerce presented her with a Masters Degree in Counseling and Guidance. After an early career as a classroom teacher, Ms. Gleason sought experience in social work, working with the elderly and disabled population. Following her two graduate internships, one in a school setting and one in a community mental health clinic, Ms. Gleason received licensure in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. In addition, she serves as a Licensed Supervisor for LPC Interns, and is also a National Board Certified Counselor and a Diplomat in Clinical Forensic Counseling.
